COL (Ret.) Martin J. Bowling, served at all levels within the Department of Defense, including commands and deployments across the Balkans, Europe, Africa and the Middle East with the 3rd Infantry Division, the 82nd Airborne Division, the 101st Airborne Division, and United States Africa Command.
He is an Omar Bradley Fellow and holds a Master’s degree from the McCourt School of Public Policy at Georgetown University where he later served as the U.S. Army’s Senior Fellow at the Institute for the Study of Diplomacy before being selected as the LTG Robert Eichelberger Chair for Marine Corps University.
Today, he and his wife, Kerry, reside in Huntsville, AL where he is the Managing Partner at Blackjack Group and the President of the Longest Climb Foundation.
